From signup to your first sale

Set up the app, add products and choose the payment flow that fits your business.

Create your account

Sign up with your email address, create a secure PIN and open the HandyPOS home screen.

Complete Stripe onboarding

If you want to take integrated card payments, follow the Stripe Connect onboarding flow and connect your merchant details.

Register your business location

Enter the business address used for your supported in-person payment setup.

Create categories

Organise items into useful groups such as drinks, services, retail products or food categories.

Add products

Add product names, prices, categories and optional photos. Your menu is then ready for checkout.

Build the order

Select products on the POS screen, adjust quantities or discounts and review the total before checkout.

Accept cash or card

Choose cash or a supported card-payment flow. For Tap to Pay, present the compatible Android device for the customer to tap their card or wallet.

Before you start using HandyPOS

Do I need a separate card reader?

Not for supported Tap to Pay transactions. A compatible Android device can accept supported contactless payments directly, but availability depends on device, Android version, country and Stripe support.

Can I take cash payments too?

Yes. HandyPOS supports cash checkout as well as supported Stripe-powered card-payment flows.

Can I print receipts?

Yes. HandyPOS supports compatible Bluetooth and Wi-Fi thermal receipt printers, and the app also includes receipt and reprint workflows.

Can I view sales reports?

Yes. HandyPOS supports daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and custom date-range reporting, including order and payment information.

What is the free business web page?

If you do not already have a website, HandyPOS can create a simple public merchant page with business details, product information, a contact button and a shareable link.
